Extra Sewing
Some T-shirts have designs on both sides. These designs can be made into two seperate blocks. Or if one design is small,
they can be combined into one block with extra sewing. We can incorporate things into the quilt that you want to save, but
are not large enough to make into a block. Usually the blocks with extra sewing really add to the look of the quilt.
There is a $5.00 per block charge for extra sewing. Also we can use tank tops, shorts, jackets, cheerleader tops - all with
extra sewing involved. Here are some examples:

Sashing - The sashing is the fabric on the front of the quilt that frames the t-shirt squares. I usually recommend black
for the sashing because it really lets the t-shirt squares stand out. It doesn't clash or take away from the t-shirts. The only time I don't
recommend black is if you have a lot of black t-shirts. This is only a recommendation, you can pick any color we have
available or send your own sashing fabric.
Backing - You can choose any color fabric we have available or send your own. On the backing fabric, I usually recommend that
you don't use a solid black (it shows everything).
If you choose from the solid fabrics shown above, all the fabric needed for your quilt is included in the price. If you want
a solid color that is not shown above, please call us to request the color. We may be able to order it. If none
of the choices suit your taste, you can purchase your own fabric and send it with the t-shirts. Call (479)444-7279 for
