T-shirt Quilt Order Form

Getting started is easy!

1)  Pick out t-shirts you want to use. Write your name (or initials) on the inside hem on the side of the shirt you want to use – front or back or both.
2)  Print order form and fill out the contact info and anything else you already know.  We’ll work out the rest after the t-shirts have arrived.
3)  Bring or mail the t-shirts and the order form to SoSews Quilts. Your quilt will take about 3 – 6 weeks.
